Today brings us another new entry into the "Howard Ostrom Collection". This time, for the Television section.
Louis Quinn (1915 - 1988) played Roscoe on ABC's hit detective series "77 Sunset Strip" from 1958 - 1963.
In one episode, Roscoe dresses as Sherlock Holmes to solve a crime in an episode titled "Baker Street Caper", which aired Friday, March 16th, 1962.
While it is not a direct role as Holmes, as many of you already know, a character in a show dressing/pretending to be Holmes, counts for inclusion in the Ostrom Collection.
