Today I narrate Basil Rathbone's poem that he wrote to his beloved dog, Moritz, after his passing. Though Rathbone insists he is no poet, just someone who loves the medium, I really like this piece myself, and feel it is perfectly understandable to anyone who has ever loved and lost a dog. This revised feeling would also include his agreeing to pen a tribute story to the character.
