Following on from the remastered versions of The Mary Morstan Mysteries, all of the NPLH episodes to date will be receiving remastered versions.
Unlike MMM, a lot more could be done with the original footage for the NPLH episodes, and the improvements will be a lot more noticeable. These will include:
- Improved colour grading
- Cleaned up sound.
- Scenes rebuilt from the ground up (where raw footage still existed) with new angles incorporated.
- New method of storytelling for certain segments with the action being told from Holmes narrative instead.
- Improved pacing of episodes.
- Various other misc errors tidied up.
The remastered episodes are expected to be released from September onwards.
